Pizza Marketplace launches industry study

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Pizza Marketplace has unveiled its 2007 Pizza Marketplace Industry Study, an in-depth look at trends and topics in the pizza industry around the globe.
The study includes performance snapshots of the top public pizza chains, an overview of the international pizza market and the results of an in-depth survey of more than 450 pizzeria operators. Topics covered range from trends in toppings to the growing popularity of take and bake, to safety and security issues and technology.
