The Weitzman Group, a retail real estate brokerage firm in Texas, has been selected by Pizza Patrón to be an exclusive partner in site location and tenant representation.

According to a company news release, Weitzman, led by Alberto Rocha, will play an integral part in Pizza Patrón's expansion strategy, providing customized real estate solutions tailored to meet the needs of the brand.

"We partnered with Weitzman to help us in our growth because of Alberto Rocha's leadership and experience in retail leasing and tenant representation in Hispanic retail markets," Brand Director Andrew Gamm said in the release. "Also, Weitzman has sophisticated data, processes and analytical tools to help us model and define the most successful site profile for our business."

Rocha is fluent in both Spanish and French. He has a background in management consulting specifically geared to Hispanic markets, and is often featured as an expert for the International Council of Shopping Centers, the release said.
