Pizza Rev gives diners something they have to 'halve'

Ah, January. That month when most consumers are left with half the cash they had in November, as well as half the daylight they'd get other months of the year, and now, thanks to PizzaRev a good side of the whole "half" argument: half a pizza. 

The brand launched its "Craft Your Half" promotion this month that gives diners a half-pizza and side salad for $6, allowing post-holiday consumers to cut the impact on their wallets and waistlines at the same time, a news release said. 

"January is a time when consumers seek post-holiday value and are increasingly aware of their health and food choices. 'Craft Your Half' meets both of those needs, and meets them more competitively than any other fast-casual pizza brand," PizzaRev CMO Renae Scott said in the release. "'Craft Your Half' continues PizzaRev's legacy of revolutionizing the pizza segment with our approach to menu innovation-while offering diners exactly what they're after. 

The promotion includes a fully customizable Roman thin-crust half-pizza, with salad, but for an additional charge diners can choose other crust styles like gluten-free or Caulipower. PizzaRev currently operates 44 locations across Mexico and nine states.
