Real-time restaurant course correction big benefit of integrated POS/ops management system

Appetize and Restaurant365 have partnered to provide a merged cloud-based POS and operations management platform to restaurant brands that allows operators to improve customer experience, control costs, optimize labor and boost revenues in real time, a news release said.

Through the integration, Appetize will consolidate all ordering and feeds transaction data in real-time into Restaurant365. As a result, operators can use an integrated system of accounting, staff management, reporting and analysis, allowing for: 

  • Live, detailed, direct-from-POS data showing real-time restaurant performance.
  • Ability to immediately update menus, pricing, promotions and other areas based on real-time data findings. 
  • True POS integration and compatibility for one cloud-based ordering, accounting and operations system.
