Yogurt entrepreneur launches Alabama pizza chain

Yogurt Mountain founder David Kahn is expected to debut his latest venture, Pizza 120, in the next few days, according to Alabama Media Group.

The Tuscaloosa, Alabama restaurant is a build-your-own-pizza chain. In the coming weeks two more locations are slated to open in the state. Customers will be able to choose their own ingredients from a queue, including cheese, dough, toppings, and sauce. Pizzas will be baked in two minutes or 120 seconds, from which the name of the restaurant is derived, the article said.
