That's why this past spring Hughes Director of Enterprise Solutions Tim Tang took a moment to talk with Papa John's CIO Mike Nettles about how the brand stays on the crest of the digital wave. As it turns out, Nettles said even though the restaurant industry is abuzz with technology talk and AI chatter, all the software and programming still boils down to the human being restaurateurs are trying so hard to serve.
