Boston Pizza selects Paytronix for 'MyBP' loyalty program

Paytronix Systems Inc. has announced that Canada's Boston Pizza has selected the Paytronix Rewards platform as the foundation for its new Boston Pizza MyBP Program.

According to a news release, Boston Pizza selected Paytronix because of its integration with both the POSitouch point of sale system and the ONOSYS online ordering system.

Deployed on the core Paytronix loyalty, gift, comp and email platform, MyBP includes the Paytronix REST integration, which enables it to incorporate mobile apps and social media experiences into its loyalty program. 

Boston Pizza will leverage the program to:

  • Drive enrollment – Via email promotions to the 600,000 members of its previous email club, Boston Pizza was able to transition these guests into the new program.
  • Personalize the experience -- With Paytronix capturing more guest data, Boston Pizza can personalize the guest experience and build relationship-based loyalty.
  • Measure guest lifetime value – A unique guest identifier for each transaction captures metrics on reach, spend and value of each loyalty program member.

"Paytronix is a big part of Boson Pizza’s initiative to rebuild and refocus its loyalty program around food service and the customer experience," VP of Marketing Alexander Green said in the release. "With its proven POSitouch integration, mobile and messaging capabilities, Paytronix helps us get a single view of the guest across all touch points and then link that to both online and in-restaurant transactions."
