Chuck E. Cheese adds job applicant solution

Chuck E. Cheese's has deployed SkillSurvey Inc.'s Pre-Hire 360 solution, an online reference-checking solution.

Pre-Hire 360 gathers input from a job applicant's references by using behaviorally based surveys delivered through enterprise software. The surveys reveal a candidate's strengths and developmental needs, as well as confidential input from managers, peers, subordinates and business partners to provide a view of candidates' past performance.

"Through the ease of Pre-Hire 360, we no longer have to manually check references and record the information in our applicant-tracking system," said Alessandra Serboli, manager of human resources at Chuck E. Cheese's. "Not only are we saving time, but we are also receiving consistent, documented information that can be used to guide the final hiring decision."
