Ecolab creates Food Safety Advisory Board

Food safety company, Ecolab Inc. has formed an advisory board featuring made up of industry experts who will help the company develop new solutions and protocols around this critical industry concern, a news release said.

Members of the Ecolab Food Safety Advisory Board iniclude:

• River Run Consulting President Scott Brooks.
• Public Health Innovations President Hal King.
• National Restaurant Association Program Directtor Mick Miklos.
• Texas A&M University professor and President Emerita Elsa Murano.
• Practical Food Safety Solutions President Payton Pruett.
• MK Wagner and Associates President Mary Wagner (board chair).
