Little Caesar's LTO gives new meaning to '6 feet under'

Six feet of pepperoni, laid end to end. That's how much pepperoni Little Caesars says it has stuff in, on and basically all over its new Pepperoni Stuffed Crust Deep! Deep! Dish pizza LTO.

The new offering is a direct respond to the chain's customers, according to a news release, who really really liked a cheese-stuffed version of this hefty pie that was offered as an LTO last march. Customers begged the chain to bring it back, but this time with pepperoni – and lots of it. 
Hence, this week, the Detroit-based chain responded with its new pepperoni-ific version, which, according to the brand's leadership takes a whopping six feet of the aged meat and take its to new depths, inside the LTO's crust.  

"If you took all the pepperoni in the crust and topping the pizza and laid it end-to-end, it would be more than six feet of pepperoni," said the chain's Senior Vice President of Global Marketing Edward Gleich, in a release. "Combine that with the more than 3 ½ feet stuffed into the crust alone and you have a pizza powerhouse. This indulgent creation is perfect for pizza aficionados who can't get enough of the quintessential pizza flavor combination."

The LTO is manages to be an eight-corner deep dish pizza that's not an octagon, a feat in and of itself. The stuffed delight goes for $10 bucks a piece.
