Qvinci launches RoyaltyHub to automate franchise royalty management

Qvinci Software has launched Qvinci RoyaltyHub, a new platform designed to automate the royalty management process for franchise brands, the company has announced.

The platform integrates with accounting and POS systems to automatically collect sales data and calculate royalties and flat-rate fees. It can also generate branded invoices, notify franchisees of upcoming payments, manage late or failed payments and provide franchisors with visibility into invoices, payments and outstanding balances across their systems.

"After years of working closely with franchise brands, we recognized that royalty management was an area where technology could make a significant impact," Brad Adams, Qvinci president, CEO and chairman said in a news release. "We wanted to create a solution that automates the royalty workflow for everyone involved while giving franchisors and franchisees greater accuracy, visibility and confidence in the numbers."

RoyaltyHub is designed to complement the company's Qvinci Intelligence platform, allowing franchise brands to view royalty information alongside financial and operational performance data. Qvinci will showcase RoyaltyHub during a Sept. 24 webinar focused on royalty automation for franchise brands.
