Slice House by Tony Gemignani will open its newest Northern California location in Tracy this month, bringing the brand's award-winning pizza to San Joaquin County.
Located in Ellis Village Town Center, the restaurant will be operated by longtime franchise partners Ratika Tyagi and Ranjan Bhasin, who also oversee locations in Livermore, Castro Valley, Walnut Creek, San Leandro and Milpitas, according to a press release.
The menu will feature Gemignani's signature New York, Sicilian, Grandma and Detroit-style pizzas, available by the slice or whole, along with wings, salads and options for gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian diners.
"Every new Slice House is an opportunity to introduce more people to the pizza styles and techniques that have shaped my career," Tony Gemignani, founder of Slice House, said in the release. "Ratika and Ranjan know our brand and share our commitment to quality, and it's exciting to continue growing alongside partners who believe in what we're building. We're looking forward to bringing that same experience to Tracy."
The new location will offer indoor and outdoor seating, takeout, online ordering and delivery, and is expected to create approximately 25 full- and part-time jobs.
