Webinar to focus on specialty beverage trends

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Nestle Professional and FastCasual.com have announced the free webinar, "Specialty beverages: The trends driving the industry."The webinar will take place Dec. 15 at 2 p.m. Eastern time.
Speakers Erik Thoresen of Technomic Inc. and Nestle Professional's Kathy Lenkov will join moderator Valerie Killifer to discuss specialty beverage trends and their impact on restaurants.
As more Americans seek out healthy food options, restaurant operators are going to see a lot of activity surrounding consumers' desires for healthful beverages.
