Your Pie puts Peach Prosciutto Pie back on plates this summer

Your Pie's famed and favored Peach Prosciutto Pie returns to the world on Wednesday, June 12, for a full summer stay — or as the brand said in a news release — "as long as peaches are in season" or about Aug. 28. 

This is the pie that earned the brand's founder, Drew French, a place on the U.S. Pizza Team three years ago, to vie for that year's World Pizza Championship in Parma, Italy. It features a base of olive oil and ricotta, topped with prosciutto, peaches, along with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, then finished with basil and a house-made honey balsamic glaze. 

"The Peach Prosciutto Pie was created as a tribute to two of our favorite places in the world--Ischia, Italy and Athens, Georgia," French said in the release. "This pie is a true reflection of the Your Pie origin story, and we love getting to share it year after year with guests from Coral Springs, Florida, to Indio, California. It's cool to watch this pie grow in popularity year over year, and we're always excited to announce its return."
