Tis the season of giving, and, well, we at QSRweb have really gotten to like you restaurant leaders so we're giving you a little something, starting this Friday, Nov. 30. It's our first QSRweb podcast, a quick 15 to 20 minutes each week, stuffed with limited-service news and interviews.
very Friday, we'll publish a new podcast on QSRweb, as well as sister sites, Pizza Marketplace, Fast Casualand Food Truck Operator. It will also be featured in our Monday newsletters and available via SoundCloud, YouTube and very shortly, the iPhone podcast app.
Each week, QSRweb Editor Shelly Whitehead will host the show, including a limited-service restaurant news digest, with the top stories from the QSR, pizza, fast casual and food truck industries. Then we'll feature a brief interview with either a brand leader or food service industry expert focused on the topics other brand leaders need to do their jobs better.
So, reserve a few minutes in the next few days to take a listen. Our premier podcast features an interview with the one-women food service forecasting think tank that is Culinary Tides President Suzy Badarracco. You'll learn about why lutefisk and borscht might soon be coming to a restaurant menu near you, as well as why Native American flatbread probably won't.
