OrderUp now offering mobile ordering from local restaurants

Aug. 21, 2013

OrderUp has launched its new OrderUp mobile app, available for free in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Mirroring the current OrderUp online experience, the new app lets users order food for takeout and delivery from hundreds of local restaurants across the country.

"We always strive to offer our users the most convenient online ordering experience in their hometowns," said Chris Jeffery, chief executive officer and co-founder of OrderUp. "There has been an incredible demand from our customers and our franchise owners for an OrderUp app that will allow customers to order food from anywhere, anytime. We're really excited to have a presence on mobile platforms as we continue to grow and give our franchisees and end users what they want."

The new OrderUp mobile app allows users to search and order food from local restaurants by browsing menus, selecting desired items and checking out directly from their smartphones. The app takes care of the entire ordering and payment processing experience.

New users can get set up with an account with a few screen taps and have the ability to securely store credit cards and frequently used delivery addresses.
