Promising a pretty thrifty meal on the cusp of the Super Bowl, Pizza Hut is latching on to the value trend by introducing a two-topping medium pizza for $5.99, a news release said. 

The chain said that accessing the deal requires customer "place an order for two or more medium two-topping pizzas for carryout or delivery" or order on PizzaHut.com or via the chain's mobile app.
