Blaze Pizza sets its sights on Tennessee

Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza today announced that it will make its debut in Tennessee in November with a new location in Knoxville.

According to a news release, the 80-seat restaurant includes an outdoor patio and will be located at Town & Country Commons, 113 North Peters Road. In addition to including Blaze’s signature create-your-own pizzas, the Knoxville location will also feature wine and craft beer.

"Our mission at Blaze is really simple -- we're all about bringing the community a place where guests can connect, create and enjoy great pizza at crazy fast speed," COO Jim Mizes said in the release. "If you think about it, there hasn't been a good way to enjoy a made-from-scratch pizza without the wait. Now there is. We believe this will be a game-changer in town."
