Mellow Mushroom to open in Newnan, Georgia this summer

The restaurant is located at 733 Bullsboro Drive. The brand was originally founded in Georgia more than 50 years ago. The Newnan location is the second unit to be built using its latest prototype design with counter-service ordering, guest-friendly tech, urban design and inventive new menu additions.

"Newnan is a vibrant and growing community with a strong sense of character, which makes it a natural fit for Mellow Mushroom," Ahsan Jiva, EVP of strategy and transformation, said in the press release. "We're excited to expand our presence southwest of Atlanta and bring our unique atmosphere and handcrafted food to Newnan as we continue growing across Georgia."

Mellow Mushroom has more than 160 locations nationwide.
