Papa John's enhances digital ordering with PayPal, Papa Track

Papa John's International has enhanced its digital ordering process by adding PayPal as a payments option and introducing Papa Track. This tracker is designed to allow customers to examine the pizza-making process from the oven to delivery, according to a press release.

Papa Track guides customers through the five steps of making, baking, boxing, on its way and delivered. It also displays the estimated delivery time. Users can share Papa John's memes and gifs on social media with Papa Track while they wait for their pizzas.

"When it comes to technology and innovation, we are committed to improvements that positively affect the customer experience," said Mike Nettles, chief information and digital officer, Papa John's. "We prioritized and invested in additional digital payment options and the development of Papa Track to provide consumers with a seamless experience, from ordering and paying for their pizza to tracking that order to delivery."
